• Led multiple omni-channel brand and seasonal campaigns including trend research, creative strategy, graphic design, award-winning packaging design, illustration, visual merchandising, photography, film, typography, and copy.

• Defined a new global creative ecosystem of tools and guides to support global seasonal campaigns across in-store and digital channels to achieve a consistent global brand expression.

• Led the team responsible for the new creative expression that reflected the new brand strategy of a branded house “House Style” from a house of brands.

• Led new core design systems based on new creative expression for paper goods, in-store signage, retail lobby, food packaging, merchandise packaging, digital experiences and the roll out to global markets.

• Led the Starbucks Reserve Brand creative team that launched six global Roasteries, Starbucks Reserve bars and Princi stores. This scope included branding, creative expression, merchandise design, visual merchandising, in-store signage systems, packaging, social media, web design, and launch events around the world.

• Led the retail concept for the first Starbucks Reserve Roastery in Seattle. This scope included merchandise design, brand collaborations and product curation. Partnered with Store Concepts to design custom retail fixtures and displaywares.

• Concepted and led the retail visual merchandising vision for new store concepts including the Tazo Tea store, and multiple Teavana Tea Bars.

• Led in-store retail lobby and food case signage design for Starbucks.
